You certify that all information provided in the application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You authorize Redland Ranch to verify the information provided and conduct background checks as deemed necessary for employment purposes. You understand that any false statements, misrepresentations, or omissions may result in disqualification from consideration or termination of vendor relationship, if already approved. You consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for vendor-related purposes. You agree that any vendor related business with Redland Ranch is at-will, meaning that either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice. You release Redland Ranch, its employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising out of the application process or vendor approval. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Redland Ranch regarding the vendor application process.
